2026年5月～2026年9月 入園者募集

学内保育園の2026年度入園児を下記により募集いたします。入園ご希望の方は、内容をよくご確認いただきお申込みください。

■募集内容

＜入園日＞　※ 2026年5月1日（金） ～ 2026年9月30日（水）に入園される方

＜募集保育園・クラス＞

※各クラスの募集人数、待機人数は、2026年5月18日現在の人数です、その後の状況により変動することがあります。

・受付期間において、申し込みいただいた方から先着順で受け付けます。

・募集人数のないクラスへの応募も可能です。待機登録とし空きの発生に応じて待機順に入園をご案内します。　　　　　　　　　　　　　（待機は2027年度募集開始まで有効）

・追加募集においては、専願枠・一般枠の区分は設定しておりません。

・入園料や保育料等はこちらをご覧ください。

　ただし、ここに示した料金は2025年3月現在のものであり、入園時及び在園中に金額改訂を行った場合には、改定時から新たな金額を適用します。

■受付期間

※ 2026年4月13日（月） ～2026年6月19日（金）

　・受付期間外の応募は無効となりますのでご注意ください。

■応募方法

・「保育施設利用申込書_2026・Application Form_2026」に必要事項をご記入のうえ、メールまたは郵送・学内便で、入園を希望する保育園宛に受付期間内必着で送付ください。（第二希望の保育園への送付は不要）

・メールの場合は、タイトルを「保育施設利用申込書」としてください。

・郵送・学内便の場合は、封筒表面に「保育施設利用申込書在中」と明記ください。

＜保育施設利用申込書 記入について＞

・申込み日時点の内容で１頁・２頁をご記入ください。

　但し、「申込書（２頁）」の乳幼児月齢については、2026年4月1日現在でお願いします。

・保護者の両方が大阪大学の教職員・学生の場合は、どちらか一方がお申込みください。

・入園希望の乳幼児が複数の場合は、「申込書（２頁）」をコピーしてご記入ください。

・０歳児は生後57日目からご利用可能です。但し入園日は生後60日目以降になります。（入園前に慣らし保育を実施のため）

・０歳児クラスの入園申込みは出産前でも可能ですが、入園内定後に母子手帳写し、もしくはこれに代わるものの提出をお願い

しております。

＜応募の確認について＞

・応募から数日が経過しても保育園から何の連絡も無い場合、「保育施設利用申込書」が届いていない可能性がありますので、ダイバーシティ推進課支援係までお問合せください。

■入園選考

・「保育施設利用申込書」に記載の内容にもとづき、申し込み順に入園選考いたします。

・入園が内定した方には、「保育施設利用申込書」を受理してから1週間以内に「入園内定通知」をメールで送付いたします。また、定員いっぱいでご希望に沿った入園ができない方には待機順位をご連絡いたします。

■注意事項・その他

＜応募資格について＞

・入園の時点で下記の①、②の両方を満たすことが確定していることが応募資格の条件となります。

　① 保護者の両方又は一方が本学の教職員又は学生であること。＊詳細はこちらをご覧ください。

　② 保護者が共働きであること。（学生の場合は働いているものとみなします）

・配偶者の方が学外の場合は、入園時に「在職証明書」をご提出いただきます。（応募時は不要です）

＜二重保育について＞

・平日は他の保育園、土曜日は学内保育園を利用する等の「二重保育」は受け付けておりません。

＜保育園の見学について＞

・入園前でも保育園の見学は可能です。見学ご希望の方は保育園連絡先にご連絡ください。（電話の場合、平日の9:00～18:00）

＜個人情報の取扱いについて＞

・「保育施設利用申込書」に記入された個人情報は、入園選考及び入園決定後の名簿作成にのみ用い、他の目的に使用することはありません。

Additional Enrollment for May–September 2026

We are pleased to announce the additional recruitment of children for the 2026 academic year at our on-campus Nursery Schools.

If you wish to apply, please read the following information carefully before submitting your application.

◆ Enrollment Details

Enrollment Period:

 　Applicants who wish to enroll between May 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026

Available Nursery Schools, Classes, and vacancy:

・Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis during the application period.

・Applications to classes with no current openings are also accepted; applicants will be placed on a waiting list and notified if a vacancy arises (valid until the start of the 2027 application cycle).

・There is no distinction between priority and general application categories for this additional recruitment.

　 (Fees listed are current as of March 2025 and may be revised; updated fees will apply accordingly.)

◆ Application Period

April 13, 2026 – June 19, 2026

・Applications submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

◆ Application Method

・Please complete the “Childcare Facility Application Form 2026” and submit it by email, postal mail, or internal campus mail to your preferred nursery within the application period.

　(No need to send to second-choice nurseries.)

・For email submissions, use the subject line : “Childcare Facility Application Form”

・For postal/internal mail, clearly write on the envelope : “Application Form Enclosed”

◆ Notes on Completing the Application Form

・Fill out Pages 1 and 2 based on the information at the time of application.

・For the child’s age in months on Page 2, use the age as of April 1, 2026.

・If both guardians are affiliated with University of Osaka (faculty/staff or students), only one needs to apply.

・If applying for multiple children, please copy Page 2 and complete one per child.

・Infants (Age 0) are eligible from 57 days after birth, but enrollment begins from 60 days after birth (due to orientation/adaptation care before enrollment).

・Applications for Age 0 class can be submitted before birth, but after provisional acceptance, a copy of the Maternal and Child Health Handbook (or equivalent) must be provided.

◆ Application Confirmation

・If you do not receive any response from the nursery within a few days after applying, your application may not have been received.

◆ Selection Process

・Admissions will be processed in order of application, based on the information provided.

・Successful applicants will receive a “Notice of Provisional Acceptance” by email within one week of application receipt.

・Applicants who cannot be accommodated will be informed of their waiting list position.

◆ Important Notes

Eligibility

Applicants must meet both of the following at the time of enrollment:

　１．At least one guardian must be a faculty/staff member or student of the university.

　２．Both guardians must be working (students are considered as working).

　・If a spouse works outside the university, a Certificate of Employment must be submitted at the time of enrollment (not required at application stage).

Dual Enrollment Policy

・Using multiple childcare facilities (e.g., another nursery on weekdays and campus nursery on Saturdays) is not permitted.

Nursery Visits

・Visits are available even before enrollment. Please contact the nursery directly.

Personal Information

・Personal information provided in the application form will be used only for admission screening and roster preparation, and not for any other purpose.
